CHEF KWONG TOM has been cooking at Chinese Garden for over twenty years. In his spare time, he enjoys researching new ways to perfect his recipes. He also enjoys cooking for his family. His two daughters love coming home to his one-of-a-kind Peking-Style Lobster, orange chicken, and fish filet with stir-fried vegetables. His dream of owning his own restaurant came true in 2003 when he took over the management of Chinese Garden Restaurant.
